Wess Aziz is a qualified counsellor and life coach dedicated to helping people strengthen their mental wellbeing and achieve emotional balance.
His calm, compassionate, and practical approach empowers clients to manage stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth with confidence.

With over 15 years’ experience applying psychological practice across a variety of settings. Wess works with people of all ages including young people and families and people with diverse cultural backgrounds. His perspective is strongly grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to develop and make personal change.
Wess Practices a holistic approach that integrates elements of humanistic, client-centred therapy, emotion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. His Philosophy:
